HOW TO USE IT:
📌 Whole group : Assign a page as a morning warm-up, then debrief together. The scenario pages spark class discussion without you writing a single question.
📌 Small group / SEL block: Assign a section (like Stressful Situations or Identifying Strengths & Weaknesses) and work through it over a week. The WITH A PARTNER pages are built for exactly this. Builds in the opportunity to work on the skills they are learning.
📌 1:1 counseling or check-ins: This journal give you a low-pressure way in with a student who won’t talk. Let them write first, then talk. It is a great tool to use during 1:1 sessions.
