Description
Do you have students who act before they think or struggle to keep calm when things don’t go their way?
This Self Control Mini Unit is a week-long unit that helps your students learn to pause, think, and make better choices, without needing constant reminders from you.
This resource gives you everything you need to explicitly teach self-control in short, meaningful lessons your students will actually enjoy. Each day builds on the last, helping kids recognize their emotions, understand body cues, and practice strategies to stay in control.
